Barry is a valued Consultant to the USGBC North Texas Chapter. He helped our fast growing Not-For-Profit 501 c(3) go through a challenging transformation from a Management Style Board to a Governance Style of Leadership. He was particularly helpful in conflict resolution and making us look at the big picture and outside the box. He helped our Executive Director establish an Operations team to carry out the Boards Strategic Vision which was most needed for us to Sustain our young organizations significant growth to 900 members in just 6 short years. As Board Chairman he continues to help me with realization of the changes he helped us institute, on an on-going consultant basis during our first months of operating in the new structure.
